General Information

St.Neots Bowmen is a target archery club affiliated to the Grand National Archery Society - the national governing body of archery.

We shoot a set number of arrows at different distances (called "rounds") on Wednesday evenings, Saturday afternoons and Sundays from April to October

Members can practice any day from dawn till dusk from February to December at our outdoor ground at Offord D'Arcy.

During the winter (from October till March), we shoot indoors at RAF Alconbury on Tuesday evenings, Friday evenings and Sunday mornings. Members have sole use of the building for practice at anytime.

We have a summer and winter shooting schedule with a number of competitions and friendly shoots with other clubs. There are also many away competitions to enter.

To become a member of St.Neots Bowmen you must first undertake a beginners' course on which you will be taught to shoot to a safe standard, with understanding of equipment and etiquette. Click here for further details of beginners' courses.

Experienced archers are also welcome - please contact the Club Secretary.
